3月26日，在亚洲青年领袖论坛“亚洲的未来”青年领袖交流会上，浙江中南卡通股份有限公司董事长吴佳发表了主旨演讲。

尊敬的各位领导、各位嘉宾、亚洲青年朋友们：
大家下午好！我是吴佳，来自浙江中南卡通股份有限公司，也是接力中国青年精英协会的一员，非常荣幸能与来自亚洲各国的青年朋友们相聚于此。亚洲各国山水相连、人文相亲。近年来，亚洲各国加强团结合作，携手应对各种挑战和困难，尤其是在新冠疫情下守望相助、共克时艰，成为全球可持续复苏的重要引擎。“青年强则国家强。”在二十大报告中，总书记对青年人的殷切期望犹在耳畔。在这个向着实现第二个百年奋斗目标大步迈进的开局时刻，我们生逢其时，重任在肩。作为一名从事数字文化产业的企业家，我愿从自身做起，勇担时代责任，做世界文明交流的联结者、亚洲共同繁荣的推动者。在此我提出三点建议：
首先是加强青年交流，推进文化合作。亚洲各国文明相通，青年群体是亚洲文化交流的重点力量。以我所从事的动漫数字文化产业为例，我所认识的从业者大部分是青年，青年对亚洲文化创造性转化、创新性发展责无旁贷。我们应围绕共同的发展目标，画好同心圆，加强青年交流，特别是文化交流。也期待在未来的工作、生活中，见到更多青年面孔与结识更多志同道合的青年朋友。二十大报告擘画了中国第二个百年奋斗新征程的美好蓝图，“文化”是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要支点，也是亚洲青年交流的重要内容。二十年前，我们进入动画行业，曾经用《郑和下西洋》的传奇故事打开了动画国际合作的崭新篇章；二十年后的今天，我们也深切感受到国际文化交流的重要性、全球传播的必要性，更加坚定了我们推动新时代国际合作的信心与决心。让我们广大亚洲青年携手，一起挖掘好、传播好亚洲文化，让亚洲的故事走向世界。
其次是共谋融合创新，共创数字文化产业。科技创新、数字文化发展给我们带来了新的机遇，也让文化产业进入了数字时代。亚洲人口占世界三分之二，经济总量更是全球第一，发展数字经济将给亚洲新一轮发展提供契机。近年来，以动漫、游戏、影视等数字内容为代表的数字文化产业勃兴，亚洲成为数字文化产业的重要新兴市场。亚洲青年要抓住数字文化产业发展的新机遇，利用各国国家的独特文化、市场优势，推动相关产业融合发展；要加强交流合作，推进技术、标准、文化、贸易等各方面的国际合作，实现共同发展。
最后是打造国际平台，服务亚洲未来。时代发展，未来已来，亚洲的新一轮发展离不开青年力量！亚洲的文化合作，需要落实到具体的路线、方略，需要我们青年力量投身洪流，拼搏奋进。让我们携手合作，一起构建数字文化合作的交流平台。我所在的浙江数字文化国际合作区位于浙江杭州，是中国唯一的国家级数字贸易功能区、国家文化出口基地，中南卡通更是中国动画走向国际的代表。希望通过专业的合作让更多有共同发展愿景的朋友，特别是青年朋友，走到一起，见证亚洲发展的未来！当然，杭州也是即将举办的亚运会的举办地，更是中国国际动漫节永久的落户地。在这里，也欢迎大家到杭州做客！
各位亚洲青年朋友，“志之所趋，无远弗届。”历史的接力棒已交到我们之手，我们都是推动亚洲发展的追梦人和践行人。让我们凝聚青年力量，发挥文化价值，共创亚洲梦想，跑好属于我们自己的那一棒！谢谢大家！
Wu Jia calls on Asian youth to combine strength, give play to cultural values, and fulfill Asian dreams
On 26 March, Wu Jia, chairperson of Zhejiang Zoland Animation Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech at the Youth Leaders Exchange on “Future of Asia” of the Asia Youth Leaders Forum. Following is the full text of the speech.

Distinguished guests,
Dear young friends from Asia,
Good afternoon. I am Wu Jia, from Zhejiang Zoland Animation Co., Ltd. I am also a member of the “Relay China” Youth Elite Association. I am very honored to join young friends from across Asia at the forum. Asian countries enjoy geographic proximity and cultural affinity. In recent years, Asian countries have strengthened solidarity and cooperation to tackle various challenges and difficulties. Particularly during the COVID pandemic, we supported each other through difficulties in solidarity, which made Asia an important engine for sustained global recovery. “A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive.” Such earnest expectations from General Secretary Xi’s for young people in the report to the 20th CPC National Congress still ring in our ears. At the beginning of this march towards the realization of the second centenary goal, we are the one to shoulder the responsibilities. As an entrepreneur in the digital cultural industry, I am willing to do my part and take on my role as a catalyst for inter-civilizational exchanges and a promoter of common prosperity in Asia. I would like to make three proposals.
Firstly, we need to strengthen exchanges among youth and promote cultural cooperation. Asian countries share similar cultures, and the young generation is the backbone of cultural exchanges in Asia. In my industry – animation and the wider digital cultural industry, most of the practitioners I know are young people, who are indispensable to the creative transformation and innovative development of Asian cultures. In pursuit of our common development goals, we should join forces and enhance exchanges among youth, especially in culture. I also look forward to seeing more young faces and meeting more like-minded young friends in the future. The report to the 20th CPC National Congress has charted the way for pursuing the second centenary goal. Culture is an important pillar for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, as well as a major topic among Asian youth. Twenty years ago, we entered the animation industry. With the legendary story Zheng He’s Voyages, we started a new chapter of international cooperation in animation. Today, 20 years later, we are still vividly reminded of the importance of international cultural exchanges and the necessity of global dissemination. This has strengthened our confidence and determination to promote international cooperation in the new era. Let us young Asians join hands to explore and spread Asian culture and bring Asian stories across the world.
Secondly, we need to seek integrated innovation and jointly advance the digital cultural industry. Technological innovation and the development of digital culture have brought us new opportunities and ushered the cultural industry into the digital age. Asia accounts for two-thirds of the global population and is the largest economy in the world. The push for digital economy will empower a new round of development in Asia. In recent years, the digital cultural industry represented by digital content such as animation, games, films, and TV shows has been flourishing, and Asia has become a new major market for the digital cultural industry. Asian youth should seize these new opportunities presented by the development of the digital cultural industry, make use of the unique cultural and market advantages of their countries, and promote the integrated development of related industries. Asian youth should also strengthen exchanges and cooperation and push for international cooperation in technology, standards, culture, trade, etc. to achieve common development.
Lastly, we need to develop international platforms for the future of Asia. Development of the times has brought the future to us. Asia’s new round of development will not be possible without the contributions of youth! Cultural cooperation in Asia needs to be narrowed down to specific roadmaps and action plans, and it requires the commitment and efforts of us young people. Let us work together to build an exchange platform for digital cultural cooperation. We are based in Zhejiang International Cooperation Zone for Digital Culture in the city of Hangzhou. It is the only national digital trade functional zone and national cultural export base in China. As for Zoland Animation, we are the poster child of Chinese animations going global. We hope that cooperation in professional areas will connect us with more friends that share the same vision, especially young friends and, together, behold the future of Asian development! By the way, Hangzhou is the host city of the upcoming Asian Games and the permanent host of the China International Cartoon & Animation Festival. I would like to take the opportunity to invite you to Hangzhou!
Dear young friends from Asia,
“As long as we have the will, there is no place unreachable.” The baton of history has been passed to us, the dreamers and doers that advance the development of Asia. Let us combine our strength, give play to cultural values, and fulfill our Asian dreams, leaving no regret in our leg of the relay! Thank you.
