11月27日下午，在2021亚洲青年领袖论坛“文化教育与旅游发展”主题论坛平行对话中，亚洲国际青少年电影节组委会秘书长冯学东就“如何评断适于青少年的视频内容”的话题发表了自己的观点。

很高兴能在这里跟大家进行交流。对于我们亚洲国际青少年电影节在座的各位可能不是特别了解，这个电影节是由中日韩三国的NGO组织发起的，主要是面向在校的大学生。当年这个电影节最早由韩国发起，面向24岁以下的学传媒的大学生。韩国提出了这个想法，后来三国政府也委托我们相关的NGO组织共同参与，到今年为止在中日韩三国已经做了14届，明年会轮到中国来办。

在主办青少年电影节的过程中，我有一个很深刻的体会，就是在视频方面，它的内容如何来评断？在这个电影节举办期间，我们每一届都会有一个主题，就是在孩子们的心里，他们所关注的可能更多的不是意识形态的不同，而是人心的相通。我们常说国相交在于民相亲，他们所关注的电影主题也跟我们一样是人性的共同点。在作品中最能打动评委的甚至打动他们自己的，是关于兄弟情、父母情、孝道，甚至还有很多他们对于社会现象的一些关注。在我举办历届电影节的过程中感觉到，这是年轻人在他们这个年龄段，对于社会共性的一种参与、一种关注，甚至也可以说是一种呼唤，让我们更多的成年人，更多承载这个社会使命感的人给他们一种导向，在成长过程中给他们一种指引。我想，这是中日韩三个尽管意识形态不同的国家，但是在人性相通的共同面上一起来做的事情。

在举办电影节的这些年，从第一届开始到现在16个年头了，中间有几届没办。我感觉参加我们电影节的这些不管是还在坚持做电影的，还是曾经走过这条路的年轻人，他们对于影像的喜爱和对于电影的坚守，也是我们作为主办者的一种感动。就像李子柒女士讲到的在她的视频中，是通过一些更认真、执着、专业的技术来传达中国的烟火气，来传递中国的人文百姓的普通生活，能够引起国际的关注和共鸣。

我在举办电影节的过程中感受到，其实我们现在的年轻人，之前我说的是80后、90后，现在是00后了，他们也同样有着纯真的内心，去用他们的镜头发现他们生活的感动，伴随他们成长。我想，这也是我们主办者、组织者一个很欣慰的地方，我们也希望在座的各位将来能多关注亚洲国际青少年电影节，我们也希望把这个电影节能做成一个让有电影梦想的年轻人去实现他们梦想的一个台阶、一个平台。

On 27 November, Feng Xuedong, secretary general of the Organizing Committee of Asia International Youth Film Festival, shared how to determine teenager-friendly videos at the Culture, Education, and Tourism Development Forum of the Asia Youth Leaders Forum 2021.

The speech is as below.

It’s a pleasure for me to share my thoughts with you. For those of you who are not quite familiar with us, Asia International Youth Film Festival (AIYFF) is organized by non-governmental organizations from China, Japan, and South Korea. The festival targets college students. It was first initiated by South Korea and targeted college students under the age of 24 who majored in media. South Korea came up with the idea. Then the national governments of the three countries entrusted relevant NGOs to join in. So far, we've held the festival for 14 times in China, Japan, and South Korea. Next year, it will be held in China.

I had an enlightenment from the holding of the festival. In terms of videos, how do you evaluate their content? Each edition of the festival has a theme. I have found that the young people are not very interested in ideological differences, but in the connection of minds. As we often say, amity between the people holds the key to sound state-to-state relations. The themes they pay attention to are the same as we. They are, actually, the common grounds of human nature. What impresses the judges and even themselves in a film is brotherhood, parent-child bond, filial affection, and their observation of social phenomena. From all editions of festival, I have realized that this is how young people at their age participate in and show concerns about the society. This could even be a call to us adults, who undertake the majority of social responsibilities, to show them ways during their growth. Though China, Japan, and South Korea are countries with different ideologies, we do it on the common grounds of human nature.

It's been 16 years since the first edition was held. During this period, several editions were canceled. Those who attend the film festival, whether they are still making films or have pursued other careers, their love for images and dedication to films are heart-warming to us organizers. Just as Ms. Li Ziqi mentioned, she used her carefulness, dedication, and professional techniques to showcase the customs of China and the ordinary life of Chinese people, and it was met with international attention and resonance. Young people nowadays – whom I used to refer to as those born in the 1980s and 1990s but now as those born in the 2000s – also have a pure heart and use their lens to discover what touches them in life while they are growing up. This is also what gives us organizers delight. And we hope that you will pay attention to AIYFF. We hope we can make it a platform for young people to realize their filmmaking dream. Thank you！
