11月27日下午，在2021亚洲青年领袖论坛“科技创新与智慧城市”主题论坛中，山河智能集团董事长助理、湖南华安基础工程有限公司总经理、山沃国际工程有限公司董事长丁曲发表了题为《以先导式创新引领青年发挥力量》的主旨演讲。

尊敬的各位领导、嘉宾、青年领袖们：

大家好！

我来自山河智能，很荣幸参加本次论坛，非常感谢论坛搭建这样开放的平台，给予我们机会来向各位青年领袖学习，一起为发挥青年力量相互交流。为增进了解，请允许我向大家介绍我们以及我们关于科技创新的观点和案例，期待得到各位青年领袖的指导。

山河智能成立于1999年，坚持装备制造业不动摇，聚焦工程装备、特种装备、航空装备。发展21年以来增长1019倍，年均增长41.4%，目前已跻身全球工程机械制造商50强、世界支线飞机租赁3强。先导式创新理念及体系是我们董事长、首席专家何清华教授提出来并将其作为山河智能发展的核心理念。

改革开放后，企业产品技术的发展可分为“市场跟随式”和“市场先导式”。前者发现市场畅销的产品技术采用仿制的路子低成本快速切入，对促进企业和经济的前期快速发展无疑起了很大的作用。后者是在市场尚没有的情况下历经研究、设计、试制、试验、试销等长期反复改善提升的过程，积淀发展起来的产品技术，周期长、投入大、发展慢。这种先导式创新更复杂、更艰难，是一种更高境界的自主创新，是制造走向创造的主要途径。

山河摒弃市场跟随模式，前瞻性地创立了先导式创新的模式与体系，给企业带来差异化的发展先机，形成了具有鲜明山河特色、差异化显著的技术与产品群。

在理论创新方面，率先提出了多项工程机械产品设计理论及控制方法，具有普世价值。如“准恒功率”的设计理论及控制方法，突破了多项技术瓶颈，成果在行业中广泛应用，获国家科技进步二等奖。

在产品创新方面，研发的5G通讯终端应用在全球首创的5G智能旋挖钻机、5G高空作业平台上。减振降噪、耦合式节能技术等一批前瞻性节能技术上榜2020年度“科创中国”装备制造领域先导技术榜单。研制首款获得适航认证的轻型运动飞机，飞控技术、通讯中继技术已实现装机应用，通用航空安全管理平台在今年6月上线运行，对于我国通航轻型运动飞机发展具有开拓意义。研发的全球首套油气管道装备解决了国际最大管径油气管道的现场高质量焊接难题。成功中标核污染压制车，进入核事故应急处置领域。

在揭榜挂帅项目方面，与相关部门形成联合体，遥控挖掘机、无人车、无人机等多款无人化装备已率先投入实战，对于极端恶劣环境下的应急救援具有重要意义。

在基础研究方面，开展数字孪生技术的科技攻关，推进工程装备朝智能化与无人化的方向发展。加快解决工程机械核心元件技术空心化等难题。今年5月，山河智能无锡必克精密液压零部件扩能项目开工建设，项目建成后，可年产30000套精密液压零部件，可极大地保障核心零部件的供应。

2020年9月17日下午，正在湖南长沙考察调研的习近平主席视察山河智能，对我们的创新精神表示赞赏，并向公司员工发表了令人振奋的讲话：“今天天气虽冷，但我心里是热乎的，你们的创新精神给我留下了深刻印象。创新是企业经营最重要的品质，也是今后我们爬坡过坎必须要做到的。” 极大地鼓舞了我们的创新热情。

广州工控战略投资山河后，广州市委市政府支持山河智能发展，将广州市“十四五”产业发展战略与山河智能“一体两翼”战略有机结合，促进企业未来在粤港澳大湾区的市场发展。习主席将创新上升到衡量企业品质的重要标准，但是“优良品质”的形成绝非一日之功、一蹴而就，尤其像我们的装备制造业这种实体经济，而是必须经过长期的修炼积淀养成。我们讲的先导式创新，不能一味地追求大，而是要沉下心来，在自主创新方面扎扎实实地工作。市场本身具有风险，所以先导式创新也具有风险，尤其是重大难点项目的攻关，依然存在项目周期长、技术难度大、开发成本高等问题，极有可能从“先导”变成“先烈”，加上创新在一定的时期、一定的阶段与企业做大还相矛盾。

作为企业中的青年一代，更重要的是从思想上正视现实，秉承励精图治、从长计议、崇尚实业的人文精神与企业精神，警惕心态浮躁、急功近利、一夜成名等现象，保持坚定的战略定力，长期聚焦一个方向，不懈努力取得突破。

山河的发展也为众多的青年才俊提供了实现价值的广阔平台，山河的中高层干部里，80后的干部比例已超过63%，70、80后的比例达到87%，形成了靠事业驱动、靠兴趣驱动、沉下心来长期埋头实干、主动深入实际的并且以年轻人为主的人才队伍。他们同时也思维开阔、充满激情，愿以开放的心态与外界交流合作，也期盼更多的国际人才加入到山河，相互促进，共同发展。为了融入世界科技进步与经济发展，建立向世界杰出人才学习的平台，山河在十几个国家建立了子公司与研究所，包括亚洲的菲律宾、印尼、老挝、越南、柬埔寨、新加坡、马来西亚、韩国、泰国等国家，以开放的心态与国际人才开展合作，一起为促进人类科技与文明的发展而努力。

Distinguishedleaders, guests, and youth leaders,
 Hello!I'm from Sunward Intelligent Equipment Group. It is my great honor to attendthis forum. I would like to thank the forum for building such an open platformand giving us the opportunity to learn from young leaders and exchange ideas togive play to youth power. To enhance understanding, please allow me to introduceourselves and present our views on technological innovation and related cases.We look forward to any advice from the young leaders.

Sunwardwas founded in 1999 and has always been committed to equipment manufacturing,with a focus on engineering equipment, special equipment, and aviationequipment. Over 21 years' development, we have achieved growth of 1,019 times,with an annual growth rate of 41.4%. Currently, we are among the top 50 globalengineering machinery manufacturers and the top 3 regional aircraft leasingenterprises in the world. The idea and philosophy of pioneering innovation wasproposed by Prof. He Qinghua, Chairman and Chief Expert of Sunward, as the coreconcept for the development of our company. After the reform and opening up, thedevelopment strategy of products and technologies can be eithermarket-following or market-pioneering. The former discovers the market'sbest-selling products and technologies and adopts the imitation method to enterthe market quickly at low cost, which undoubtedly plays a great role inpromoting the rapid development of enterprises and the economy in early stages.The latter is a long-term and repeated improvement process of research, design,trial production, testing, and test sale, when the market doesn't yet exist.The end products and technologies require a long cycle and large investment andimprove over a long course. This kind of pioneering innovation is more complexand difficult and needs a higher level of independent innovation. It is the mainway to realize the transformation from "Made in China" to"Created in China".

Sunwardcreated the pioneering innovation model and system, bringing differentiateddevelopment opportunities and building a portfolio of products and technologieswith distinctive features. In terms of theories, we were the first to proposeseveral design theories and control methods of engineering machinery, which areuniversally valuable. For example, the "quasi-constant power" designtheory and its control method have broken through a number of technicalbottlenecks, and the results have been widely used in the industry in additionto winning the second prize at the National Science and Technology ProgressAward. In terms of products, the 5G communication terminals we developed havebeen applied to 5G intelligent rotary drilling rigs and aerial work platforms,both the first of their kinds in the world. A batch of forward-lookingenergy-saving technologies such as vibration reduction and noise reduction wereselected in the list of pioneering technologies in the field of equipmentmanufacturing by Innovation China in 2020. We developed the first light-sportaircraft with airworthiness certification, and our flight control technologyand communication relay technology have been appliedin aircrafts. The general-aviation safety management platform was put intooperation in June this year. All of these were pioneering in promoting theflight of general-aviation light-sport aircrafts in China. We developed theworld's first oil and gas pipeline equipment, solving the problem of on-sitehigh-quality welding of the oil and gas pipeline with the largest pipe diameterin the world. We won the bidding for nuclear pollution suppression vehicles andentered the field of nuclear accident emergency response. In terms of coretechnologies in key areas, working together with relevant sectors, we were thefirst to bring unmanned equipment including remote-control excavators, unmannedvehicles, and UAVs into operation, playing an important role in emergencyrescue in extreme environments. In terms of basic research, we have beentackling key problems in digital twinning technology to promote the intelligentand unmanned development of engineering equipment. We have accelerated theseeking of solutions for problems such as our lack of technologies related tocore components of engineering machinery. This May, the project of oursubsidiary Wuxi Peak for capacity expansion of precision hydraulic parts brokeground. After completion of the project, 30,000 sets of precision hydraulicparts can be produced annually, which guarantees the supply of core parts.

Onthe afternoon of September 17, 2020, President Xi Jinping, during his trip toChangsha, Hunan, visited Sunward, praised our innovative spirit, and deliveredan exciting speech to employees of the company. "It is cold today, but Ifeel warm, because your innovative spirit deeply impresses me. Innovation isthe most important quality for business operation as well as the quality wemust have to surmount obstacles." His speech greatly encouraged ourenthusiasm for innovation. After Guangzhou Industry and Investment HoldingGroup's strategic investment in Sunward, CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee andGuangzhou Municipal Government supported the development of Sunward bycombining its "14th Five-Year Plan" industry development strategywith Sunward's "one body and two wings" development strategy, thuspromoting the future development of the enterprise in the market of the GreaterBay Area. President Xi has raised innovation to an important standard tomeasure enterprise quality. However, good quality cannot be achieved overnight.Particularly for fields in the real economy, such as equipment manufacturing,development must be achieved through long-term improvement. The pioneeringinnovation we mentioned doesn't mean blindly pursuing expansion. Instead, weshould settle down and work on independent innovation in a down-to-earthmanner. The market is full of risks, so pioneering innovation is risky too.Particularly for major difficult projects, there are still problems such aslong project lifecycle, great technological difficulties, high developmentcosts, and so on, and there is also every chance that “pioneering” may become“perished”. Moreover, innovation, at certain periods and stages，conflicts with the growth ofacompany.

Asthe young generation in the enterprise, the mostimportant thing is that we should face upto reality consciously and stick to the entrepreneurial spirit of pursuingachievements, considering carefully before making a decision, and respectingthe real economy. We should also guard against fickleness and eagerness forinstant success and quick profits, maintain strategic determination, focus onone direction for the long term, and make unremitting efforts to achievebreakthroughs. The development of Sunward has provided a broad platform formany young talented people to fulfil themselves. Among the middle and seniormanagement of Sunward, over 63% were born in the 1980s, and 87% were born inthe 1970s and 1980s, forming a contingent of talented young people, who aredriven by their career goals and interest, able to focus on long-termcommitments, and pragmatic. They are also open-minded, passionate, and willingto communicate and cooperate with the outside world. We expect moreinternational talent to join Sunward, helping each other forward and seekingcommon development. In order to integrate into the world's scientific andtechnological progress and economic development and to establish a platform tolearn from the world's outstanding talent, Sunward has set up subsidiaries andresearch institutes in more than a dozen countries, including the Philippines,Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, and Thailand.We would like to cooperate with international talent and work together topromote progress in science, technology, and the human civilization.
