你们好！

我谨代表菲律宾达沃市政府，向中国公共外交协会、中国和平发展基金会、广州市人民政府和亚洲青年领袖联合会组织的本届论坛表示祝贺。本届论坛主题为“致力开放创新，聚合青年力量，共建亚洲新未来”。

感谢你们邀请我们参加这个重要的活动，让青年人可以站在舞台的中心，了解社会和经济领域里创新发展的话题并从中受益。这是一个很好的机会，能够让亚洲各地的年轻人相互学习，探讨科技创新和智慧城市、文化旅游和体育交流、国际金融和投资合作、卫生医疗和慈善以及粤港澳大湾区合作发展等课题。

On 27 November, Sara Duterte, Mayor of Davao City, Philippines, extended her congratulations in a letter to the Asia Youth Leaders Forum 2021.

Madayaw and good day to all the organizers and participants of this Asia Youth Leaders Forum (AYLF) 2021.

On behalf of the City Government of Davao, I would like to congratulate the China Public Diplomacy Association, China Foundation for Peace and Development, the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality and Asia Youth Leaders Association for organizing this AYLF 2021 with the theme, "Open and Innovate - Cultivating Asia's Future through the Strength of our Youth".

Thank you for the invitation to this significant occasion where the youth shall take center stage in learning about and benefiting from socially and economically innovative and important topics. This is a great opportunity for young people across Asia to learn from one another and to exchange information about such varied subjects as Technology Innovation and Smart City, Cultural Tourism and Sports Exchange, International Finance and Investment Cooperation, Health, Medicine and Charity and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cooperation and Development.

May AYLF 2021 be a holistic and engaging learning experience for all participants and enable the young people of Asia to gain insights from and attain a deeper understanding of the diverse and unique cultures across the continent, to help them become more empowered, broadminded, and effective leaders of the future.
