3月26日，在亚洲青年领袖论坛“亚洲的未来”青年领袖交流会上，老挝青年联盟秘书长、老挝和平与团结委员会副主席莫内塞·劳莫阿松发表了主旨演讲。

各位与会嘉宾代表：
大家好。请允许我代表老挝和平与团结委员会和老挝人民革命党青年委员会，在本次以“亚洲的未来”为主题的会议上交流自己的想法。
众所周知，亚洲地区覆盖了世界大部分面积和人口，拥有众多独特的文化、风俗、语言和民族，但各国之间团结和睦，有着互帮互助的合作机制，携手战胜挑战和困难，创造共同发展的有利条件。亚洲已经成为一个创建经济复苏和可持续发展机制的典范。
亚洲仍然是最发达且发展最快的区域之一，有着多方面的优势，包括自然资源优势和人力资源优势，对促进地区之间的融合发挥了重要的作用，同时为世界发展作出了不可或缺的贡献。亚洲是自然资源和人力资源的聚集地，是具备强大生产力、购买力和销售力的地区，是世界发展的重要动力源。
我相信，在未来，亚洲仍将是保持强劲快速发展的地区，仍将是继续吸引世界其他地区前来合作的地区，因为我们有便利的设施、充足的准备、自然资源、人力资源和满足需求的能力。
亚洲地区的发展和壮大必然离不开中国所作出的贡献，因为中国有着雄厚的资金、完备的人力资源储备、充足的技术材料，创建了与世界各地区融合的良好合作机制。纵观过去和现在，中国提出前沿倡议，主动投资建设项目，把世界各地区之间的发展联系起来，实现共同繁荣，尤其是“一带一路”倡议相关项目。
如今，事实证明，中国为了世界的稳定发展和共同繁荣而提出的各项倡议和战略越来越符合全世界的共同利益和整体发展趋势，中国已经成为互惠发展合作的中心，中国国家主席提出的“一带一路”倡议便很好地体现了这一点。该倡议极大推动了全球基础设施互联互通发展，让亚洲地区和世界各国之间的交往和联系更加密切，并扩大世界的经济一体化和发展一体化。
总结来说，我们亚洲地区的未来仍然处于一个强劲快速发展的趋势。因此，我们的新一代青年应做好准备，为亚洲地区发展服务并作出贡献，继续发展由前辈们建立的良好发展合作机制，同时研究创造符合各时期形势的新型合作机制，创造属于我们亚洲地区的辉煌，同时为世界发展作出贡献。

Monexay Laomoaxong says the future of Asia remains as one of stable and rapid development
On 26 March, Monexay Laomoaxong, secretary general of Lao Youth Union and vice president of Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity, delivered a keynote speech at the Youth Leaders Exchange on “Future of Asia” of the Asia Youth Leaders Forum. Following is the full text of the speech.
Distinguished delegates,
Good afternoon. On behalf of Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity and Youth Committee of Lao People's Revolutionary Party, I’d like to share my thoughts with this conference on the future of Asia.
Asia accounts for the majority of the world’s area and population. It is a region of diverse cultures, traditions, languages, and ethnicities. However, it is united and have a cooperation mechanism to help each other overcome challenges and difficulties and create conditions or shared development. Asia has become a good model of creating mechanisms for recovery and sustainable development.
Asia is still one of the most developed and fast-growing regions. It is well endowed in many areas, such as natural resources and human resources. It plays a key role in inter-regional integration and contributes significantly to the development of the world. Asia is a source of natural resources and human resources and a strong power in production, buying, and selling. It is an important force in the development of the world.
In the future, I have confidence that Asia will remain to be a region with strong and rapid development, as well as a region that attracts strong cooperation from other parts of the world. We have adequate facilities, readiness, natural resources, human resources, and the ability to respond.
Development of and in Asia will not be possible without China’s contribution, because China is a country with capitals, human resources, and technological materials and has created a mechanism for integration between the regions of the world. Apparently, from the past, China has been introducing initiatives and launching investment projects to link development between regions of the world for prosperity, such as projects under the Belt and Road Initiative.
So far, it turns out the strategies and initiatives laid out by China for the stability of world development and shared prosperity is increasingly aligned with the interests and the overall trends of the world. China has become central to cooperation for mutually beneficial development, which is aptly reflected in the Belt and Road Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping. It is a project that has great benefits for the development of global infrastructure connectedness. It facilitates cooperation with and movement to other counties in the region and the world, expanding economic integration and linking development of the region and the world.
In summary, the future of our Asian region will still see a trend of strong and rapid development. Therefore, we, the new generation of youth, should stand ready to serve and contribute to this development, continuing to expand the development cooperation mechanisms that senior leaders in the region have created while researching the establishment of new mechanisms in accordance with the situation at each stage, to make our region prosperous and to contribute to global development.
