3月25日，在亚洲青年领袖论坛开幕式上，柬埔寨青年联合会主席洪玛尼发表主旨演讲。
全文如下：
各位来宾、女士们、先生们：
很高兴能代表柬埔寨青年联合会并以我个人的名义与各位贵宾、女士们、先生们、各位青年领袖、外交官以及所有与会人士共聚一堂，一起参与亚洲青年领袖论坛。借此机会，我想向中国人民和中国青年表示祝贺。他们成功参与建设了亚洲乃至世界命运共同体，同时我也希望我们在积极建设命运共同体的过程中，深化互信，加深理解，从而推动建设公平公正的世界秩序。这一世界秩序以开放、包容、互相尊重为原则。我坚信，在中国国家主席的领导下，中国将继续取得更好的成绩，将更实实在在的福祉带给中国人民，造福整个国家，进而促进亚洲和全世界的和平、稳定、繁荣、发展。
各位贵宾、女士们、先生们，基于柬埔寨的过往经验，包括抗击新冠疫情，贯彻柬埔寨王国政府的必要战略，实施后疫情时代恢复和推动经济增长的相关政策，包括作为 2021 年第13 届亚欧峰会东道主、2022 年东盟轮值主席国以及我们在筹备即将开幕的第 32 届东南亚运动会和第 12 届东盟残运会的过程中，在积极参与即将举行的 2023 年大选的过程中，我们都感受到青年与政府一道发挥了重要作用，作出了不可或缺的贡献。青年与政府共同致力于实现柬埔寨社会发展，应对亚洲及全世界当前面临的共同挑战和关切问题，秉持团结友爱、深化友谊的精神，为推动合作、继续支持青年发挥更大的作用。面对青年一代面临的诸多挑战，柬埔寨一向明确表示，致力于推动让更多青年参与到东盟共同体建设中来。作为 2022 年东盟轮值主席国，我们发起了东盟领导人关于 “2022 东盟青年之年”的声明，并组织了四场东盟青年主题活动。
各位贵宾、女士们、先生们，作为柬埔寨青年联合会主席，我本人一直认为青年参与政府事务，特别是承担慈善、文化、社会类事务，对国家和民族的发展大有裨益。此外，有了青年的积极参与，我还坚信，柬埔寨、中国与亚洲其他国家之间将继续深化全方位合作，深化彼此友谊、增强互信、团结有爱、守望相助，这一点在全球格局越发复杂，后疫情时代经济复苏的背景下更为重要。在这一方面，我坚信，我们必须携手合作，推动亚洲及世界青年彼此对话与深度交流，提出各类包容性倡议，从而进一步创造相关机会，建立相关机制，其方式可以通过多种多样的平台，线上或线下形式均可。这样，青年可以作出积极贡献，促进社会经济发展，推动亚洲各国合作，特别是在外交、经济、教育、文化交流这几个方面。我坚信，亚洲各国之间的关系和合作再加上亚洲青年之间的交流和合作，将通过亚洲青年领袖论坛这一平台得到进一步巩固和深化，也将通过不久的将来我们一起参与的其他相关重要平台得到进一步巩固和深化。
最后，祝愿亚洲青年领袖论坛圆满成功，成果丰硕。祝愿各位贵宾、女士们、先生们身体健康，万事如意。谢谢大家！
Hun Mani says cooperation and youth exchanges between Asian countries are furthered through Asia Youth Leaders Forum

Your Excellencies, Distinguished Participants, Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia and on my own behalf, I am very delighted to join with Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen,Young Leaders, Diplomats, and all participants at the Asia Youth Leader Forum today I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Chinese people and youth for their successful participation in building a community with a shared future for the region and the world. I also hope that this active engagement will strengthen mutual trust and understanding that will serve as a catalyst for an equitable and just global order based on the principle of openness, inclusiveness, and mutual respect. I am certain that, under the leadership of President Xi Jinping, China will continue to achieve greater success and deliver more concrete benefits for the Chinese people and the country as a whole, which will contribute to promote peace, stability, prosperity, and development in the region and the world.
Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen!
Over Cambodia's past experiences, which include the fight against COVID-19 and the implementation of essential Royal Government strategies and policies to revitalize and stimulate economic growth in the post-COVID-19 Pandemic, as host country of 13th Asia Europe Summit in 2021, Chair of ASEAN in 2022, and our preparations for hosting the upcoming 32nd Southeast Asia (SEA) Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games, as well as our active participation in the upcoming 2023 general election processes, reflect the importance of the role of youth and the indispensable contribution of young people with the government in pursuing our society’s developmental needs and tackling many common challenges and concerns that Asia along with the rest of the world is currently facing. In the spirit of togetherness in expanding our friendships, promoting cooperation, and continuously enhancing the role of young people, and the witness of many challenges that our youth is facing, Cambodia has always demonstrated our clear commitment in promoting stronger youth participation in the ASEAN Community Building efforts. Cambodia initiated the "ASEAN Leaders' Statement on the Year of ASEAN Youth 2022” as well as organizing four ASEAN youth side-events. Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen! In my capacity as the President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, I always believe in the strength of youth engagement with the government, especially through charitable, cultural, and social missions for the common cause of the nation and its people. In addition, with the active participation of young people, I also strongly believe that Cambodia, China together with other countries in Asia will continue to deepen cooperation in all fields and expand friendship along with strengthening trust, solidarity, unity, and mutual supports; especially, in the context of the increased global complexities， and economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. In this regard, I firmly believe that we must work together to promote dialogue and in-depth exchanges among young people in Asia and around the world to promote the development of inclusive initiatives that can further create opportunities and mechanisms through various platforms, both online and in person, So that young people can positively contribute in their socio-economic development processes and cooperation between countries in our region; in particular on diplomacy, economics, and exchanges in education and culture. I am confident that relations and cooperation among countries of Asia, along with the exchanges and cooperation between youth in Asia, will be further strengthened and deepened through this Asia Youth Leaders Forum and other important platforms that we will have together in the near future.
Finally, I would like to wish the Asia Youth Leaders Forum and successful deliberation with fruitful results. I wish you, Excellencies, Ladies, and Gentlemen, good health and success in all your endeavors.
